Tumbler and cup wrap template generator, sized to your exact blank

Pick a blank (or type your own measurements) and download a genuinely print-ready template: true 300 DPI PNG, real-size SVG, correct tapered-wrap curve, seam overlap and safe zone. Every tumbler wrap size is shown in inches, centimetres and pixels as you work. No signup. Everything runs in your browser.

Why a generated template beats a downloaded one

True 300 DPI files

Most free templates are screenshots with no resolution data, so they import at the wrong physical size. Our PNGs carry real 300 DPI metadata — Procreate, Photoshop, Canva and Silhouette Studio open them at the exact wrap size.

Tapered wraps that actually fit

A tapered tumbler is a cone slice — its flat wrap is curved, not rectangular. We compute the exact arc from your blank's top and bottom diameters, so no more white gaps at the seam or wrinkles at the rim.

Your blank, not "close enough"

Brands differ by tenths of an inch, and that's the difference between a clean seam and a redo. Pick your exact blank from the library, or enter measurements for anything else.

FAQ

Is this really free?

Yes, and in two ways. The most common blanks (20 oz skinny straight, 16 oz glass can, 11 oz mug) export at full resolution with no watermark and no signup. And every blank in the library, Pro ones included, will give you a free 72 DPI watermarked proof, so you can put the wrap shape next to your actual cup before deciding anything.

Pro ($19, one time) is for the work the free tier cannot do: correctly curved wraps for tapered blanks, custom measurements for a blank we have not listed, and batch export.

What size is a tumbler wrap?

It depends on the blank, not on the ounces. A straight 20 oz skinny measures 2.875″ across, so its wrap is π × 2.875″ plus a 0.25″ seam overlap: 9.28″ × 8.20″, or 23.6 × 20.8 cm. Tapered blanks are not rectangles at all. The tumbler wrap size chart lists every blank we have verified, and the measuring guide covers blanks that are not on it.

Can I get the wrap size in cm, or in pixels?

Both, always. The readout under the preview shows inches, centimetres and the pixel size at 300 DPI at the same time, and every blank page and the size chart print all three. If you measure in centimetres you never have to convert anything yourself.

Does this work for cup wraps, mugs and glass cans too?

Yes. The cup wrap template generator is the same tool: 11 oz and 15 oz mugs, 16 oz glass cans, kids cups, can coolers, wine tumblers and water bottles are all in the library with their own sizes. Anything with a straight or tapered wall can be wrapped, and anything we have not measured can be typed in by hand.

What software can I use the templates in?

Any of them. PNG works in Canva, Procreate, Photoshop, GIMP and Affinity; the SVG imports at true size into Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio and Inkscape.

Do my designs get uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole generator runs in your browser — nothing you enter or create leaves your computer.

My wrap doesn't quite fit my blank. What should I check?

Measure your actual blank with calipers or a flexible tape: top diameter, bottom diameter, and the printable height (between the curves or rims). Batches vary — even within one brand. Enter those numbers in Custom size and the math does the rest.
